Matt Black writes poems for adults and children, lives in Sheffield and Leamington Spa, and has 2 grown-up children. His collections for children are Goblin In The Fridge (Poetry Book Society Children’s Bookshelf Summer Choice), The Nonsense Olympics (Upside Down Books, 2012) and The Owl and the Pussycat and the Turtles of Fun (Two Rivers Press, 2014). His poems for children are published in anthologies through Macmillan, OUP, Hodder and Stoughton, and Scholastic.  He invented the world’s first Poetry Jukebox which he uses regularly at festivals and schools
